one more tonight

Lately Morgan LOVES to help me cook. We've been trying hard to find things that a nearly-4-year-old can do to help with dinner. She can handle more than I expected. She is very good with stirring, and she can actually peel carrots! Not quickly, but who's watching a clock?
And her other favorite activity...

Hi Amberly,

This is Michelle Vass (Meredith Brooks' sister). My daughter got a Rachel Ray knife set. It is for children. It comes with a glove so the kids can't cut themselves and a knife (I think it is plastic). My daughter loves it. They also have a set for vegetables.

Just a thought!!!

Anber,

When my boys were little I taught them to cook potaote chip chicken. It is very simple... It is simply chicken brests, butter melated over the top and the part the kids love lays sour cream and onion potaotes chips that they get to mash. They can then sprinkle them over the top of the chicken and eat a little. Bake it at 350 for about 45 mintues or until the chicken is done. My boys started helping me with this when they were about Morgan's age. Today at 11 and 13 they will cook it for me on there own... It is great to let them progress with over the years. I would not say fat free... but fun and we like it.

Hope you enjoy.

Are those the carrots that caused WWIII in your home?
