echo, x-rays, etc.

The pre-op procedures continue this evening and we're gearing up for the late night stretch. Amber snapped a few pics in the x-ray room, so we wanted to share them while we had a break.

Getting ready for the x-ray

Athan wanted to understand the machine before subjecting himself.
(Laurie, Amber said you'd be proud of the 'reach!')

Hello Amber, Ryan, and Athan. I just found out the other day of the events that your family has been going through the past year and I wanted to let you know that I admire your strength, courage, and most of all, your faith. Amber, I have always looked up to you and I continue to admire all of the qualities that make you who you are. As for Athan, I am and will be praying that this surgery goes better than ever imagined and that your little boy continues to show progress and be healthy and happy. I have just read the blog from the very beginning, and Athan has the MOST contagious grin I have every seen. (just like his Mama!) My heart goes out to you and your beautiful family. Your entire family will be/are in my thoughts and prayers. May He be with you and guard Athan throughout this procedure. All of my love, Krysta Whedon (Morris-Texico) kbrooke21@hotmail.com

Amber & Ryan...
I read your blog as often as I can. I have kept Athan in my prayers throughout all of his journey, and he has pulled through so far, he will beat this, and come out even stronger. Tell him his cousin Lindsey says hi, and tell Morgan hi too!

Miss you all.
Love you all VERY much.

Lindsey
