Kim has been Athan's primary nurse since the very beginning.

Dana is a great nurse and (for the record) can wake up at 6:30a and make it to the hospital from Nicholasville for her 7:00a shift.
Ashley and Dawn are the marathon runners of the night shift. To be so on top of things at
3 a.m. is impressive.

Jennifer, along with her other talents, is famous for curing the worst diaper rash I've ever seen. (She hoped this wouldn't give her the nickname of "butt-cure lady.")

Amber & Ryan,
Kyle & I are praying for you guys and hoping to see you guys soon with this new healthy baby boy of yours. He is so beautiful by the way! Know that you are in our prayers and we pray for peace for you two and for God's grace to cover you. We love you.

Amber & Ryan,
Please find a spot, on precious Athan, to kiss, when you are loving him, from Aunt Gwen. It can be the bottom of a foot or even part of the diaper rash area; I don't care. I just want him to receive a special touch from me over the miles!! I am envious of the nurse's privileges to love on him. Please reinforce our appreciation for them from all of our family.
Still praying!
Love you guys! xxxx oooo
Aunt Gwen
Ryan, Amber, & Little Athan,
We love you guys and have been praying hard! Athan is such a precious little guy. We can't wait to meet him. Hopefully you will all get to meet Brecken sometime this summer, too! Please let us know if there is anything we can do!
Much love -
Holly, Daniel, & Brecken

Ryan and Amber,
Cyle, Jett, Belynn and I have praying for all of you. We know that God will continue to bless both of you, Athan, and Morgan on this journey.
All our love,

Ryan and Amber - What a precious little boy - his pictures are great. I love the strong, serious type!! God is great to give nurses a special share of His love to give to these little babies, too. It is a special bond when they are caregivers for your precious one.
I talked with Chad and he is keeping up with you in a couple of ways - and has all of you in his prayers as well.
When I talked with my daughter today, home from vacation, she reminded me to mention to you having a therapist teach you Infant Massage. We all believe that was one of the best things in helping Claire gain muscle strength but is also a fantastic way to bond with your baby - lots of hands on stuff. She and I both learned it and found it gave strength, comfort, and enjoyment. When we had to give the phenobarb 30 minutes before eating we would do the massage between and Claire came to expect and love that.
We continue to lift all of you - including your precious parents, too, since they have to be at a distance from you.

If they're Athan's favorite nurses, then they're my favorite nurses, too... Right behind Wensey.
